We have built the largest electronic music store in the world; standing atop colossal catalogue of inventory, containing millions of tracks catering to the tastes of over a million weekly users from around the globe.

We are looking to hire a talented IT Associate to join our team and provide top notch support to our Denver employees. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apple hardware and software support, helpdesk management, technical support and basic networking skills, and has the ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with people at all levels, including senior management.

This role is Full-Time and locate in our Denver, CO office.  Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without need for visa sponsorship.  Applicants who are outside the Denver metro area and ready to relocate are welcome to apply, but local candidates are preferred.


You will

  • Configure, secure and maintain employee computer systems and accounts
  • Use your problem solving abilities to quickly address and resolve technical issues
  • Implement and enforce corporate IT policies at the local level
  • Regularly audit all technology hardware including computers, storage and network equipment
  • Handle all aspects of internal networking, including cable patching and network diagramming
  • Learn new IT systems through a combination of self discovery and scheduled training
  • Participate in larger technology initiatives with IT management
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of IT operations in Berlin


You are

  • An Apple enthusiast with advanced knowledge of macOS and related systems and products
  • An exceptional listener and learner who is committed to growing their technical capabilities
  • A strong and confident communicator that can effectively diffuse stressful technical situations
  • Experienced in configuring, testing, deploying and managing hardware for a medium sized staff
  • Knowledgeable with Jamf Pro, Google Admin and Zendesk
  • Comfortable in a CLI environment for occasional server management
  • Fluent in English
  • Passionate about electronic music culture
